Disney bought the Soccernet site and needed tactical ads to bring football fans onside.
Now, I’m more into F1 than I am footie, but I wrote and crafted ads that appealed to fans of the beautiful game recognising that to them, it was much more important than a matter of life and death.
The site was subsequently merged into their sports network, ESPN.
