The Word was a central planning and buying facility that allowed centralised media buying of local papers on a national scale. It was important that media buyers understood the local nature of the delivery. So I created a campaign using local slang and expressions. Making the point that The Word allowed buyers to talk to audiences in their own idiom – whatever version of the English language they used. The campaign included wall charts, mailings and an email campaign. Skills: Advertising - Press
